Microsoft has announced that its AI-powered search engine, Bing, is now available for everyone. The company had previously limited access to Bing to a waitlist, but now the search engine is open for all to use. Along with the open preview, Microsoft has added several new features to Bing Chat and expanded the capabilities of Image Creator.

One of the key improvements to Bing Chat is a more visual experience for users. Bing now offers richer, more elaborate answers that include charts, graphs, and updated formatting to make finding information easier. Additionally, conversations in Bing Chat will soon be accessible through a chat history, which users can share and export. The company is also letting developers build third-party plugins for the Bing Chat experience, giving users access to additional functionality within the chat feature.

Microsoft has also introduced Edge actions to the Edge browser, which allows users to find and play movies from within chat. Chat in Microsoft Edge will also have improved summarization capabilities for long documents, such as lengthy PDFs and longer-form websites.

Image Creator, which allows users to create custom images, has been expanded to over 100 languages in Bing. This means that users can now create images in their native language. Microsoft is also working on a feature that will let users upload images and search the web for related content on Bing.

Overall, the updates to Bing and Bing Chat are intended to provide users with a more streamlined and visually appealing experience. By expanding the capabilities of Image Creator and offering access to third-party plugins, Microsoft is hoping to make Bing a more versatile and customizable search engine for users.
